I am a referral marketing evangelist and love building
my client list by way of referrals

Well...do you do things to make your customers talk
about you?

Do you have any processess or systems in place to
make your customers go, "Holy Smokes!!!!"

Do you do stuff for your customer's kids? (If you
really want to tap into people's hearts, do
something nice for their kids.)

Do you create an environment in your office or
place of business so when people walk in they have
an, "Wow, this is amazing!!" reaction?

Do you send greeting cards to your customers to
express your appreciation and/or make them laugh
and get to know you better (i.e. fun photos of
your staff, your family, or other customers).

Do you go out of your way to your customers
who provide you rerrals?

Do you have a "first time customer,"
"shock-an-awe" program to really blow away a new
customer... like for instance tied to referrals...

Do you give them a free treatment for every referrals
a customer would give to you?

Now, have you systemitized any of these referral
marketing programs so that they happen consistently?
And can you track them... Once you truly know who
are your main referral sources, those are the people
you will need to focus on.

Now your talking about referrals. Now you are focusing
on that. That's what we are all about.
